About Wellnyss Concierge Medicine
At Wellnyss, we believe healthcare should feel personal, attentive, and truly supportive — not rushed, impersonal, or driven by paperwork. Our practice was built on the idea that you deserve a care team that listens, knows your story, and shows up for you consistently. We take the time to understand your health goals, work with you to meet them, and stay connected through every step of your journey. Here, you’ll experience care that feels more like partnership than a checklist, with providers and staff who genuinely value the relationship they build with you.
Melanie Harrison, MSPAS, PA‑C
Physician Assistant & Founder
Melanie brings nearly 19 years of clinical experience to Wellnyss, with a background rooted in high‑intensity and diverse medical settings. Her career includes more than a decade in Emergency Medicine, as well as many years in Surgical Oncology and Concierge Medicine, where she developed a reputation for thorough, attentive care and strong patient relationships.
Driven by a desire to practice medicine in a way that truly honors the whole person, Melanie launched Wellnyss in 2025 to create a practice focused on deeper connection, thoughtful evaluation, and individualized care solutions — especially for people who feel unheard or underserved by traditional medical models.
Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Melanie completed PA training in Savannah, Georgia, before returning to Tennessee to practice medicine. Whether guiding someone through acute concerns or partnering on long‑term goals, Melanie is known for listening closely, thinking critically, and treating every patient with respect and intention.
